Refund Policy

Custom Products & Returns All of our products are unique and produced per order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please refer to our sizing charts on the product pages before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damages, Misprints and Issues We pride ourselves on the quality of our merch. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, misprinted, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product at contact@nopolishgo.pl

To resolve the issue quickly, please include in your email:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photograph showing the issue/damage.

Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the damaged item to us unless explicitly instructed.

Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll cover the costs of printing and shipping a replacement order for you.

European Union Customers Please note that according to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse.

Refunds In the rare event that a replacement is not possible, and a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
